My professional background reflects a deep commitment to education and student success. I hold a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science from Seton Hall University, where I also had the opportunity to play collegiate softball for four years. I further pursued my passion for leadership by completing post-master’s coursework in educational leadership at Kean University. Over the past 18 years, I have served in various roles across New Jersey public schools, including most recently as Assistant Principal at Crossroads North Middle School and South Brunswick High School. These experiences have shaped my belief in the power of collaboration, high expectations, and fostering a nurturing environment for all students.

I'm proud to serve as the Assistant Principal at Indian Fields Elementary School. My background includes a degree in psychology from George Washington University and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Howard University. I completed my work in educational administration and supervision at the Foundation for Education Administration's NJ Excel Program for Educational Leadership. Throughout my career I have served as a classroom teacher (1st, 3rd and 4th grades), an Instructional Support Teacher (K-5), Supervisor (K-8) , and Assistant Principal. My tenure in South Brunswick includes working in 5 out of the 7 elementary schools (including Indian Fields) and at Crossroads North Middle School. I am a proud South Brunswick resident with my husband and two daughters. It is both a privilege and a pleasure to support teaching, learning, access and opportunity in our school community.
