A child may be excused from physical activity for three consecutive days with a note from a parent/guardian. If the time is extended beyond the three days, a note from the family physician is required.

If your child cannot partake in physical education, then he/she will NOT be permitted to participate in outdoor recess.

If your child is using some sort of apparatus, including but not limited to a cast, sling, ace bandage, and/or crutches, he/she will not be able to participate and will require a note from a physician to resume physical activity.

Please remember to provide your child with appropriate foot wear such as sneakers that tie or have Velcro. Clogs, sandals, boots, or party shoes are not permitted.
